1.准备好所有材料

2.葱姜蒜,青红椒切好,

4.烧热放鱼煎至一面金黄

6.锅放油烧热,下葱姜蒜,花椒,干辣椒小火煸炒至香

7.下豆瓣酱继续小火煸炒1分钟

8.放入一碗开水,烧开,放入煎好的鱼烧
