12.加油先炒炒。

13.炒到变色后,加入豆瓣酱再炒。

14.放下茄子一起炒。

15.倒入茄子条、盐、生抽、糖,大火翻炒至茄子软绵。

16.在砂锅底刷上一层油,倒入炒好的茄子,加入小辣椒段盖上,中火5分钟。

17.再开锅加入青椒碎、红椒碎,关火焖5分钟,马上开吃!
