1.鸡蛋两个炒好放凉。粉条用热水泡开。虾仁用温水泡软。韭菜择洗干净,控去水分,切一厘米的小段。加入适量的姜粉、十三香。炒锅烧油炸香5、6粒花椒,将热油炝入菜中拌匀。盐等到要包时再加入,冬天的韭菜含水量多,过早加盐韭菜易出水。

2.面粉300克,酵母三克,温水170克。
