1.燕麦片加水(水面不高于燕麦)泡软。

2.猪肉馅放生抽,葱姜末,十三香,盐拌均匀。

3.放入鸡蛋拌均匀。

6.搅成黏稠的状态即可。

7.炒锅放油烧热,把肉馅用小勺做成小丸子放油里中火炸金黄捞出即可。
