冬瓜,
1块基围虾仁,10个
辅料:
李锦记天成一味特级鲜酱油适量蒸鱼豉油适量虾尾冬瓜盏的做法步骤

1.1、将冬瓜用圆形饼干模切出圆形待用;

2.2、热锅坐油,放入冬瓜煸炒;

3.3、待冬瓜煸炒至金黄色时放入高汤或清水煮熟(我用的是旁边锅烧的牛肉汤);

4.4、放入李锦记天成一味特级鲜酱油;

5.5、放入李锦记蒸鱼豉油收干汤汁即可;

6.6、基围虾去头挑去沙线洗净;

7.7、取一小锅水烧开后放入葱姜及虾仁煮熟备用;

8.8、冬瓜装盘,将虾仁放在冬瓜上面撒上葱花即可。
