1.韭菜洗净切好,粉条煮好,切成小段备用。锅里放一碗水烧开,边搅拌边倒面粉,搅拌均匀。等凉凉后再和成面团。

2.锅里放油,烧热后葱花爆香,把鸡蛋炒好。

3.然后放入切碎的虾皮。

6.面凉凉后再和成光滑的面团,把面拙成条。

7.切成小面剂。
