1.去骨的肘子洗净切薄片.(放冷冻室冻-下再切,比较好切)

2.所有配料洗净待用.

3.双椒切粒,姜蒜切片,青蒜切寸段.

4.锅烧热放少许油,放入肘子片煸炒变色吐油盛出.

5.再放油放1/2蒜姜片炝锅.
