1.煮适量开水,把粉丝放入烫软后捞出(约1分钟)

2.把粉丝均匀铺在盘子里

3.均匀码上海虹

4.把蒜头压成蒜蓉,炒锅烧热倒入适量油,放入蒜蓉炒出香味后关火马上盛出来,再放盐和味精拌匀

5.把蒜蓉酱均匀抹在海虹上,放入蒸熟蒸8分钟左右

6.海虹蒸好后,撒上葱花,在淋上滚烫的热油即可
