蒜适量,

料酒适量,
八角适量,
生粉适量,

盐适量酥脆炸鸡翅的做法步骤

1.鸡翅洗净,反面切2刀,不要切断.

2.放入姜,蒜,葱,蚝油,料酒,八角盐腌渍几个小时入味.

3.腌渍好的鸡翅先沾生粉,再在蛋液滚-下,然后沾满面包糠.

4.全部做完放盘待用.
