小窍门&温馨提示
1、虾仁用一茶勺料酒、少许盐抓匀腌10分钟。
2、调料汁:3勺糖、4勺醋、2勺料酒、1茶勺生抽、盐适量加入水淀粉调成糖醋汁。
3、炸虾仁时要中小火。
