1.刚从水里捞出来的象征团团圆圆的糍粑

2.来张近点的

3.将糍粑切成麻将大小的块

6.热锅,倒菜籽油少许,千万别多,稍热,将火关至最小,用筷子一块一块将裹匀蛋清的糍粑块加入锅中煎制

7.煎至一面浅黄

8.再用筷子翻一面,直至两面浅金黄,用筷子撮一下,糍粑里面软了就熟了

9.用筷子将煎好的糍粑夹至盘里摆好造型

10.再来张特写,吃时蘸白糖,红糖,或者沙拉酱,番茄沙司,反正我认为全凭个人爱好,美食不拘小节,

煎制时,油要少,火要小,不要用铲子,直接用筷子给糍粑翻个即口,今年的糍粑可是我亲手做的哟,好开心
