1.将五花肉洗净后放入冷水锅中,下入葱段、姜片、香叶、八角和桂皮。

2.煮20分钟捞出过凉水洗去浮沫。

7.油温六成热将五花肉表皮放入锅中炸制。

9.待五花肉在炸制中不再飞溅油滴时,揭开锅盖将五花肉四边都炸制一遍。

10.将炸过的五花肉用厨房用纸吸去食用油。
