4.朝鱼肚中间剪开,将鱼处理干净。

6.小火慢煎至两面发黄。

7.撒入姜丝继续煎。

8.煎至鱼水分收干,鱼身变硬,易夹起,就可以装碟了。

9.做酱汁,葱花和辣椒碎的表面浇上热油,再倒点酱油拌匀。
