1.先液体后固体的顺序放入面包机揉面30分钟;

2.发酵至两倍大。我通常是晚上揉好面团放冰箱冷藏发酵,第二天室温放半小时后再用;

3.将发酵完的面团取出排气,分成两份;

7.醒发期间做香肠卷边:把切剩的饼皮擀成长方形;
