1.将珍珠米洗浄后,用水和食用油泡1小时左右

2.将水烧开,把冬寒菜氽熟,捞起沥干水

3.烧开水,将腊蒸熟

4.重新烧一锅清水,放入一把勺子(熬粥的时候不易溢出),烧开

5.将泡好的珍珠米下锅,用大火烧滚,改小火煲1小时

6.偶尔用勺子向同一个方向搅动,以免粘锅

7.待粥变粘稠时,放入腊肉丁,并搅动

8.粥八九成熟时,再放入冬寒菜,并搅动
