1.五花肉用热水烫洗后用冷水冲洗。

4.白萝卜切块汆水备用。

5.锅烧热炒香五花肉至五花肉表面金黄。

6.放入姜,蒜粒炒香后加入热水。

8.烧开后放入白萝卜等待再次烧开。

9.倒入电锅里焖煮至肉酥烂,萝卜变软。

10.放回锅里加入柿子椒烧至断生。
