辅料:
红剁椒适量纯米醋适量鸡粉适量,
白糖适量,

1.蟹味菇洗净,对半切;

2.锅中烧开水,加点盐,再倒入蟹味菇,水再次烧开,即可关火;

3.捞出沥干水份;(可过遍凉开水)
