1.准备食材:干香菇提前泡发,金针菇去蒂,藜麦、香菜,大白菜洗净。

2.将50克洗净后倒入锅内放入150毫升清水。

3.将其煮沸后将水收干,米粒成透明状即可,大约煮10分钟左右。

4.锅内放入适量的清水将其煮开。

5.煮开后先放入泡发后的香菇,汆烫两分钟捞出。

6.将金针菇去蒂,倒入汆烫2分钟。

7.大白菜洗净放入水中汆烫1分钟,变软即可捞出。

8.将汆烫好的香菇切成小丁。

9.香菜洗净切成小段。

10.金针菇切成小段。

11.将处理好的食材放入盘中。

13.倒入2勺六月鲜10克轻盐特级原汁酱油。

14.将所有食材搅拌均匀。

15.将白菜切除白梗。

16.将拌好的食材放在白菜叶上。

17.用白菜叶包好,用香菜梗扎起来,上面放上一颗有枸杞点缀。

18.做好的白菜饺子放入蒸锅水开后,蒸5分钟即可。

小窍门&温馨提示
藜麦炖煮前需要提前泡发30分钟左右,并且冲洗可以去除皂质。
