1.将甜菜根削皮,放入搅拌器;

2.加入少量清水打成甜菜汁备用;

19.捏住两头180°平行收口;

20.逐个制作后,放入烤盘;烤箱200度预热5分钟;

21.180度上下火烤至25分钟左右就可以了,取出放凉;(具体火力和烤制时间请根据各自的烤箱调整)
