1.一块煮熟的五花肉(今晚煲萝卜汤正好五花肉可以两用)、切好的芋头

2.小火起油锅,倒入五花肉慢煎至两面金黄

3.加入南乳六块

4.倒入芋头与五花肉南乳搅拌均匀

5.加入清水(不要盖过食材)、食盐、生抽、蚝油,大火烧滚然后转小火慢焖10分钟,最后转大火收汁

6.煲过汤的五花肉经过焖煮,每一口肉都渗着南乳和芋头香气,十分美味!
