1.准备材料

2.鸭梨去头尾去皮,用叉子挖掉芯

3.拿一个金桔对开

4.将半个金桔填入挖空心的梨子里

5.找个瓶子将川贝碾碎

7.放入冰糖

8.把另一半个金桔填入梨芯,隔水蒸30分钟左右

9.半小时后梨子成半透明状,出了很多水,赶紧剩热吃吧!
