1.备食材:江米、葱段、姜片、花椒、桂皮、八角、腐乳、郫县豆瓣,五花肉洗净用清水泡十分钟去血水再切成片。

2.江米加八角、桂皮、花椒入炒锅小火炒至浅黄色。

4.五花肉加料酒、生抽、腐乳汁、盐、郫县豆瓣,葱、姜拌匀后腌制半小时。

5.米粉加水泡一会。
