1.准备好食材,(有一个鸡蛋太调皮,忘记出镜了)

7..蛋黄糊与蛋白霜分3次用刮刀翻拌均匀,拌好的面糊呈体积蓬松,细腻的状态

8.面糊倒入烤盘,抹平表面,提起来震一下内部的气泡,放入预热好的烤箱,放中层,上下火,180度,15分钟(时间温度供参考)

9.出炉倒扣晾凉,切去边缘,先抹一层栗子泥,再抹上打发好的奶油

10.卷起来定型
