1.把生肠头剪开

2.连着一整条都剪开小肠不剪也是可以的但是我习惯一整条都剪

3.加入盐和生粉各3大勺搓洗,反复搓两至三遍

4.清水冲洗干净

6.煮开之后会有很多浮沫没关系的让它继续煮,大概煮20分钟

小窍门&温馨提示
1.新鲜的猪生肠其实很好洗,没什么异味,生肠头有脏的洗干净,剪开肠子用生粉和盐搓洗两三遍再用清水冲洗干净
冷锅下水煮开这一步是有效在给生肠去掉腥味
2.猪生肠买小肠子会更好吃,爽口,如果没有小的,大的也是可以的,但是个人喜欢小的
3.调味可按个人喜好来调整
