:陈皮、花椒、大料、桂皮、香叶、葱、姜

3.飞水去腥。将鹅肉块凉水入锅,烧开后撇去浮沫。并将鹅肉用清水冲洗干净。

4.将花生油倒入铁锅内烧热,放入大料、桂皮、花椒用小火炒出香味。

5.然后放入陈皮、香叶、葱段、姜片炒香。

8.加老抽煸炒均匀

9.加生抽、盐、糖调味。加水烧开后,转小火焖制1小时以上。然后用大火收汁即可。
