1.热炒锅,不用放油,将花生倒在锅里炒至花生微黄有香味,表皮易脱落。

2.将花生去皮,和炒过的黑芝麻一起搅碎。

3.加入红糖、细砂糖及少量糯米粉。

4.一起搅拌均匀即成馅料。

5.将黄油融化,倒在馅料中揉成团,再分成10克/个,揉圆备用。

6.将锅中水煮开,把艾草放入焯水。

7.捞起艾叶用冷水漂洗,用手挤干水分。

8.将焯过水的艾草加200ml热水,放入搅拌机中搅打成细腻的艾草糊。

9.把糯米粉、大米粉、白糖放入大盆中混合。

10.倒入艾草糊。

11.加入热水,把面团揉成均匀的绿色艾汁糯米团。

16.蒸烤箱的水箱装满水。

17.将青团放进蒸烤箱中层。

18.选择蒸汽模式,100℃蒸制15分钟。

小窍门&温馨提示
