1.青菜切块备用

2.肉片用盐 生抽 料酒 白糖少许 水淀粉 腌制备用

3.把放好调味品的肉片拌匀 放适量食用油

6.烹入生抽 少量老抽

7.炒到肉入味 上色 盛出备用

8.锅里放油爆香葱花 蒜片
