低筋面粉,

酵母,

炼乳适量南瓜豆渣华夫饼的做法步骤

1.早餐剩下的豆渣和熟南瓜放一起了,把南瓜捏成泥。

2.加入之前做面包剩下的酵母约2g。

3.加入一勺低筋面粉(这个根据南瓜豆渣的含水量来调整)。

4.如果发现太干的可以加点水。

5.总之把混合面糊调成如图状:浓稠粘大但不流动的状态(调好后,我放冰箱冷藏了,去上班啦!)。

6.中午回家时,面糊已冷藏发酵到两倍大了,预热模具锅,刷少许油,一勺面糊放上。

7.盖上盖加热5分钟即可。

8.放上樱桃,淋上炼乳(我忘了放糖,也可以在面糊里放糖调味)或淋上蜂蜜酸奶。

9.配一杯手冲咖啡,一边吃一过接着把剩余的面糊做成华夫饼。

10.松脆香甜(加热5分钟以上会更松脆)。
