1.虾肉馄饨提前包好备用。

2.秋葵洗净入锅焯水。

3.锅中入水煮沸放入馄饨,鸡蛋磕入锅中,等鸡蛋凝固后再轻轻搅动一下,煮三开即可。

4.焯水后的秋葵取缔切改刀。

5.碗中放入盐,酱油,核桃油,加一点煮馄饨的水调做底汤。
