1.低粉和可可粉称重

2.4个鸡蛋打入厨师机搅拌桶里

3.牛奶中加入适量的玉米油

4.搅拌均匀备用

6.启动机器,先用中档位搅打

7.搅打1分钟后,转高档位搅打,期间分2次加入剩下的砂糖

8.当全蛋液搅打至有纹理,转低档位搅打,当提起机器搅打头滴落的蛋糊不会马上消失即可停止

9.分次筛入低粉和可可粉

10.每次筛入后都要翻拌均匀

11.取出少量拌好的面糊放入之前拌好的牛奶油里,翻拌均匀后
