2.白糖加入蛋液中,充分搅拌均匀。

5.核桃仁焙香后切碎,加入蛋液中。

6.即食燕麦片稍稍擀碎,加入蛋液中。

7.用刮刀翻拌均匀,用手揉成光滑的面团。

8.分成约4克大小的剂子,揉搓成圆球状,放入烤盘中。

9.入预热好的烤箱中,190度,中层,上下火,烤5分钟定型后取出在表面刷一层蛋液。

10.送入烤箱,190度,中层,上下火,继续烤约8分钟至表面金黄即可取出,晾凉后食用口感会更酥脆哟!
