1.准备好食材

2.莲藕去皮切成薄片,放入淡盐水中浸泡几分钟,防止变色

3.锅中放水,水沸后放入浸泡过的莲藕焯水,水沸即捞出

4.焯过水的莲藕放入冷水中过凉保持藕片脆爽

5.过凉的藕片控干水份放入容器中。加入干辣椒、白糖、泡椒及小半碗泡椒水

6.加入果醋
