馒头改良剂,

萝卜,
1个(约400克),
韭菜适量,
肥肉适量,
猪油,

普通面粉,
120g(油酥用),
熟芝麻适量蜂蜜水适量

1.自发面粉加温水和馒头改良剂用筷子搅拌至絮状

2.加入少许花生油和成光滑面团,密封好放冰箱冷藏一夜低温发酵

3.萝卜擦成丝,用盐腌好密封罐冰箱冷藏一夜

4.第二天……韭菜择洗干净切末加入适量油拌匀在加入适量盐和胡椒粉拌匀

5.萝卜丝取出沥干水分,加入葱花

6.浇入滚油,逼出葱香,加入韭菜末和少许肥肉末拌匀

7.取出发酵好的面团分成均匀的剂子

9.像包包子一样收口捏死

10.擀成牛舌状薄片儿,从小头向大头卷成卷儿

11.压成这样再擀成牛舌状薄片儿,然后再按成这样,擀成圆形,包入馅料

12.收口,口朝下轻轻擀成圆形

13.刷上蜂蜜水沾上芝麻,醒发十分钟,烤箱预热,上下管200°C烤40分钟

14.擀的水平太臭,好多破皮了,不过萝卜丝的的确很香
