1.买的新鲜河虾,有雄有雌的

2.把河虾放在漏篮里用流水冲,下面再放一盆盖上纱布接着漏下来的虾籽

3.把冲下的虾籽收集到小碗里

4.把虾用手掐或者剥出虾肉,同时要辨别如果是雌虾就要留下放在一起

5.把雌虾虾壳放入锅里煮熟
