1.备好所有食材,并称量出来。饼干用的美丹的苏打饼干。

2.把饼干掰成小块。

3.干果仁备好,花生米炒好要薄掉红色外衣。

4.把杏仁和花生米用擀面杖压碎粒。

5.蔓越莓干切碎丁,把果干、果仁和饼干混合均匀备用。

6.用不粘锅,中小火加热把黄油融化。一定要用不粘锅,这样食材不会沾到锅壁上,翻拌最后是用硅胶铲,这种铲子不会沾。

7.黄油完全融化后放入棉花糖,继续中小火加热,并不断翻动,让棉花糖均匀受热。

8.待棉花糖完全受热融化。

9.放入奶粉。

10.反复翻拌,让奶粉和棉花糖完全融合。

11.倒入混合好的材料。

12.关火,翻拌,让棉花糖和其他食材粘合在一起。

13.倒在油布上反复叠加几次后带着油布放入烤盘中,表面用擀面杖擀压平整,同时也压实,然后表面撒一层奶粉防粘。我是用的学厨的棉花糖三件套,这个量刚好一盘。

14.翻面倒入烤盘中,此时借助油布趁热翻面很轻松,可以再稍微擀一擀表面,也可以不擀。

15.在表面也撒一层奶粉。

16.晾凉后用学厨的三件套配套尺竿比着,用关东锯齿刀切条后再切块。

17.全部切成自己需要的大小。

18.用饼干袋包装起来防潮。
