1.牛仔骨提前泡水1到2个钟头,中间换水2、3次,去血水;

2.将牛仔骨切成段,每段上都带骨头,并用厨房纸吸干水分;

3.两面均匀撒少许盐,不要太多,有点儿就行,静置片刻入入底味儿;
