1.紫薯,红薯煮熟,趁热捣成泥,在锅中倒入适量的油,分别炒干后,紫薯的可以加适量的蜂蜜搅拌下。

2.油酥里倒入紫薯泥40g。

3.搅拌均匀,过筛下。

6.用保鲜膜盖住,醒30分钟。

7.做50g的,咸鸭蛋分成2半,紫薯,红薯揉成一个20g的馅,包上半个蛋黄。

8.油皮分割30g一个揉成团,酥皮分割成一个20g的揉成团。

9.8个包蛋黄馅的,其余的包紫薯或红薯馅的。

10.取一个油皮面按扁放上油酥面包住。

11.擀长。

14.再卷起来,从中间切成2半,按扁,擀成圆片。

15.用手再揉几圈就好了。
