小窍门&温馨提示
1、海蜇一般比较咸,要浸泡一会儿,浸泡后尝一尝,如果咸度适合自己,作调味汁时就不必再加盐。我用的这个品牌的海蜇不咸,因此加了少许盐。
2、开袋即食海蜇直接食用,要用凉开水浸泡。
