1.先把黄鳝,剖肚,去掉内脏,剁成连接的小段。

2.把黄鳝放入盆中,加入开水,泡出粘液(黄鳝表面的粘液,也可以不泡,我个人喜欢泡掉)。

3.泡好的黄鳝,洗掉泡出的粘液。

4.把洗干净的黄鳝,沥干水份备用。

5.蒜瓣去皮,洗干净备用。

6.生姜洗干净切片,洋葱剥皮切成小块,备用。
