1.准备材料:新鲜罗非鱼,姜块,青葱。洗净罗非鱼,用料酒和食盐擦鱼身,腌制15分钟左右

2.热油锅,把鱼放下去,大火煎35秒,然后改中小火

3.用中小火煎3分钟,盖上盖子,中途无需动锅

4.3分钟后,翻面(继续先用大火煎35秒,然后改小火煎3分钟)

5.煎到两面呈金黄色

6.把葱和姜块放进去炸香,用中火适当煎两三分钟,待鱼完全熟透,即可出锅
