1.蛋黄一个,鸡蛋一个加入大碗中,加入25g糖粉,搅拌均匀;

2.加200g牛奶,搅拌均匀;

7.冷藏面糊的时候准备淡奶油200g,加入20g糖粉,打发至有明显纹路,放冰箱冷藏;

8.不粘锅上火至6成热,舀入一大勺面糊,轻轻晃动锅子将面糊摊匀;

11.榴莲剥出榴莲肉备用;
