1.鸽子清洗干净。

2.锅中烧水,水开后放入鸽子焯下水。

3.红枣、太子参清洗干净。

4.取一大汤碗,放入焯过水的鸽子,放入姜片。

5.放入高压锅蒸隔中,放入太子参,盖上锅盖,上汽后再蒸十二分钟。

6.放入红枣,盖上锅盖,高压锅上汽后再蒸八分钟。

7.高压锅气消后打开锅盖,放盐调味。
