1.鸡爪洗净,给它剪指甲,用开水焯一下,温水洗净;

2.重新起一锅,放入大料、花椒粒、香叶、葱段、姜片,煮20-30分钟,时间不要太长,鸡爪很容易熟;

3.煮熟了,捞出控水备用;
