1.备好鱼皮。

2.红萝卜切片。

3.牙签用开水消毒。

4.切好的鱼皮,红萝卜片,加入所有的调料拌匀腌制1--2小时。

5.腌好的鱼皮和萝卜片用牙签串起。

6.串好的鱼皮,萝卜片放进放好油的烧烤锅里。

7.小火烤熟。

8.再撒上一些辣椒粉使其更辣更入味。或出锅后刷上辣椒油也行。

9.先将烤好的萝卜盛出,因萝卜易熟。之后将鱼皮烤黄即可出锅。
