1.饼皮原料备用;

2.转化糖浆,枧水,食用油倒入大碗内混合,搅匀;

6.醒好的面团分成20g一个,草莓馅分成10克一个,绿豆沙分成20克一个;

7.取一个绿豆沙球按扁,放入草莓馅;

8.像包油酥一样收口滚圆;

9.取一面团按扁,放入绿豆沙;

10.像包油酥一样,利用右手虎口慢慢收口;

11.将包好的月饼,搓圆,放面粉中滚上一圈,再放到手心重新搓一遍;

12.模具中撒面粉,将圆球套入模中;

13.朝下按出月饼即可(按的时候不要太用力了);

14.将所有的月饼做好,码入放了锡纸的烤盘上;

15.喷上一层清水;

16.烤箱预热200度,中层,20分钟。烤5分钟后,拿出刷上一层全蛋液;

17.再继续烤15分钟,取出晾凉即可。(做好的月饼表皮是硬的,放置12个小时回油后,即可食用)!
