1.准备好牛肉。

2.牛肉切成0.5cm左右厚的大片,用刀背拍松,切成大块。

4.用手抓匀腌一个晚上。

5.起锅,加黄油,下牛排煎40秒,翻面,再煎40秒,至牛排7分熟即可。
