1.买的活的金鲳鱼,让卖家杀好处理好的,回来洗净就好

2.将鱼的两边改花刀

3.小黄姜切片后再切丝

4.把姜分别放少许入鱼肚和鱼头,盘子底下铺上一点,上面再铺少许

5.加上3勺黄豆酱
