5.搅拌上劲

小窍门&温馨提示
1 包饺子的粉一定要沸水冲,不要一次性倒入,缓慢倒入,边倒边搅至无干粉状态
2 没有熟猪油,橄榄油也行
3 熟澄粉韧性不大,想透明,就要擀薄,且包上馅蒸时又不易破掉,这就是技术活了
