1.首先做心形蛋糕,蛋糕食材:低粉85克 豆浆45克 油45克 糖60克 鸡蛋5个 蛋清蛋黄分离,分三次将糖倒入蛋白里,用打蛋器打至硬性发泡

4.筛入低粉,用刮刀拌匀

5.将拌好的蛋黄糊糊和蛋白糊糊翻拌均匀

6.倒入心形模具中,用力摔几下将气泡摔出去

7.将模具放入150度预热的烤箱,烘烤60分钟,将蛋糕端出来倒扣放凉

10.火龙果切块放入料理机中加入豆浆打成果浆,过筛

11.吉利丁片用冷开水泡软后倒掉冷水隔水加入融化

12.加入吉利丁溶液,拌匀

13.淡奶油加白糖和炼乳打到七分发可流动即可

14.液体和火龙果浆混合,搅拌均匀

15.心形模具里放入一片修好的心形蛋糕片

16.倒入一半慕斯糊,放入冰箱冷藏几分钟,稍微定型后放入第二块后倒入上剩下的慕斯糊,轻震几下,取出去除大气泡

17.将做好的蛋糕表面装饰好后放入冰箱,第二天早上脱模
小窍门&温馨提示
1、准备两个大小的容器,制作的时候就不用将蛋糕边缘去掉了
2、吉利丁片如果用热水泡就会成团哦,
3、慕斯脱模的时候,用吹风沿着周围稍微吹几下就很容易脱模了。
