1.草鱼洗净,在上面划几下。

2.放入姜、胡椒粉、辣椒、盐调味,腌制20分钟。

5.烧开蒸10分钟。

6.准备好葱末、香菜。

7.葱末、香菜放鱼上面,放入花椒粉。

8.锅内放油烧热。
